2&period;0&period;98&period;1 -->&NewLine;<div class&equals;"quads-location quads-ad1" id&equals;"quads-ad1" style&equals;"float&colon;none&semi;margin&colon;0px&semi;">&NewLine;&NewLine;<&sol;div>&NewLine;<&sol;p>&NewLine;<h3 class&equals;"style3b">車を運転中に煽られたら<&sol;h3>&NewLine;<p>なにか、パチパチ光ったような気がして（パッシング）、サイドミラーやルームミラーを見てみると信じられないくらい車間を詰められていて、驚いた経験はないでしょうか。<br &sol;>&NewLine;その時、周りに車の流れに対して、自分の車がその流れに乗っていないなら、合わせるべきです。<br &sol;>&NewLine;ただし、法定速度をはるかに超えた流れの場合は、合わせる必要はありません。<br &sol;>&NewLine;複数の車線があり、左側を流れに沿って走っている場合や、１車線の道路で、法定速度ちょい超えぐらいで走っている場合に煽られたらどうすればいいのでしょうか。<br &sol;>&NewLine;これは、あきらかに自分の身勝手な行為であって、安全運転義務違反となりますので、検挙の対象となります。<br &sol;>&NewLine;この状況を、パトロール中の警察官に目撃されると、かならず検挙されます。<br &sol;>&NewLine;警察官に目撃されなかったとしても、最近ではドライブレコーダーが前方だけでなく後方にも取り付けている場合が多くなってきています。<br &sol;>&NewLine;これらは、証拠となりますので、後々に検挙される可能性があります。<br &sol;>&NewLine;もしも、心当たりのある方は、事故と検挙の可能性があるため、前方の車に対して、主観距離を詰める行為は慎むべきです。<br &sol;>&NewLine;ちなみに、私は後方へのドライブレコーダーをバイクに設置しています。<br &sol;>&NewLine;<a style&equals;"word-wrap&colon;
